Following are a series of Mindfulness Meditations on posters and screen desktops that you are welcome to download, print and use personally. Of course, they only work if you practice them on a regular basis. There are in no particular order so try them all and use them. Use these Mindfulness practices throughout the day and evening during as many activities as you can. Experiment. Explore. Enjoy. The more you practice the better you are going to get at this, the more effective Mindfulness will become for you and the more natural Mindfulness will become as a part of your every day life.
